The vertical-lift automatic brick storage line embodies today’s most advanced energy-saving brick storage design concepts. It automatically and intelligently identifies, transports, and stores bricks, with the storage system directly connecting from the kiln end to the polishing and edge-grinding line.

By flatly unloading bricks and using an intermediate track vehicle for automatic intelligent transport and storage, bricks are evenly loaded before polishing and edge grinding. This marks the end of an era characterized by air pollution and energy consumption due to the transportation of bricks using motorized forklifts. It reduces labor intensity and not only significantly saves on manpower and electricity but also takes advantage of peak and off-peak electricity tariff differences to create high efficiency for enterprises. It improves the quality of the final product and reduces energy loss in the later stages of polishing and edge grinding.

The product featured at this exhibition is the ceramic slab storage system. Designed specifically for large-format slabs, it includes a dual lifting tile suction machine and a low-pressure transport cart. The entire process is controlled by a wireless system, significantly reducing the need for manual labor. The mechanization of transporting and handling large-format tiles replaces manual labor, reducing the physical demands on workers and alleviating pressure within the enterprise.
