• Hydrogen-Mixed Natural Gas Combustion System: co-developed with Honeywell, greatly reducing carbon emissions by 23% by mixing hydrogen for 50%. The latest high-speed burner guarantees uniformity of temperature, which is especially good for wide entrance kilns.

• Independent control with full intelligence: each layer of the Infinity Double Layer Kiln can be operated independently, which can simultaneously produce two products of different designs and different specifications. Moreover, the most advanced anti-dirt dropping and low thermal conductivity insulating structure in the industry is adopted to ensure the quality output of the product from each layer.

• Accurate combustion control: adjusts dynamically the air-gas proportion in real-time during production; coordinates with Italy's importing s-type thermal couples and linear valves for fuel gas control to ensure more safety and precise control.

• The New Generation Cic System (configurable intelligent control system) enables seamless connection with multiple software platforms, not only ensuring data security but also fully enabling Industry 4.0 management. The MDS industrial automation control system automatically collects, calculates, analyzes, and processes the operation data to realize remote monitoring and control capabilities.

• Smart Gap Management System: even if a single row of tile enters the kiln for firing after the feeding gap, the normal production conditions can be realized to ensure product quality.

• Wider solution for single-layer kiln, enabling to fire 5 pieces of 600*1200 in a row up to 1250 working temperature.

• The latest developed burner is specially designed for an extra-wide kiln, and the temperature sectional uniformity is safeguarded to ensure the safe output of a qualified product.

• A fully intelligent air-gas ratio dynamic control system enables the auto-compensation of combustion air to enable a more accurate air-gas ratio adjustment. The air-gas ratio modulator is ready for storage and reading of different working programs, foreseeing auto-adjustment for production changes during normal operation.

• The latest hydrogen-mixed combustion system of the 7-Layer Dryer was jointly developed with Honeywell. greatly improves the combustion speed and efficiency while guaranteeing a more stable source of hot air.

• Ultra-high heat utilization rate and remarkable energy savings as a dryer. Less than 1100 kcal/kg water consumption by using only a burner, and zero “gas consumption by introducing recycled hot air in the MODENA RCH system.

• High flexibility in drying adjustment: wide range of drying cycles, one-key production setting for storage, and recall for production change during operation.

• Maximum mechanical performance for “0" mechanical damage during drying. Dryer first grade rates up to 99.99%.

• Fully independent and intelligent control on each module for temperature and humidity control automatically.

• High return on investment and higher capacity per unit space.
